Terms of Service

1. Who we are

ASecurity Academy ("we", "us") is operated by ASecurity Academy, Chhattisgarh, India. You can reach us at support@asecurity-global.com.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian. One person per account — accounts may not be shared or resold.

3. Acceptable use — this matters

Everything taught here is for defensive and educational purposes on systems you own or have written permission to test. You agree that you will not use anything learned on this platform to access, disrupt, or damage systems, networks, accounts or data without explicit authorisation. Unauthorised computer access is a criminal offence in most countries, including under India's Information Technology Act, 2000.

You also agree not to: share flags, answers or paid content publicly; attack this platform or other students; scrape the site; or attempt to bypass access controls or payment.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section, without refund.

4. Passes and payment

Paid plans are sold as access passes for a fixed period (monthly or yearly as shown at checkout). Passes do not renew automatically and we do not store your card details — you choose to renew each period. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Content and licence

All lessons, diagrams, challenges and materials remain our intellectual property. Your pass gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning. You may not redistribute, republish, resell or use them to train competing products.

Content you post (reviews, profile text) remains yours, but you grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

6. Availability

We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Content is provided "as is" for education; we make no guarantee that it will lead to any certification, qualification or employment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chhattisgarh having jurisdiction.

9. Grievance officer

In accordance with India's Information Technology Rules, complaints may be sent to our grievance officer at support@asecurity-global.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
